I look at clutter as simply “delayed decisions”.  We lead busy lives, get pulled in many directions, and our time and energy for decisions gets squeezed every day. We make hundreds of decisions per day, and our brains can only take in so much. My role is to help bring more clarity to your goals for your space, your mind and your life.  It’s not all about your external physical space, that is just a symptom of how your internal space is functioning (your mind). This is where we start.

Once we gain clarity on your goals, it’s time to start focusing on what elements in your space, and in your life, support those goals. We surround you with what feels supportive, energetic, functionable, yet calming. We review what is not supporting you and look at ways to remove them from your physical space, which will also affect your mental space. Together we establish natural systems that will keep you organized, focused, and energized to accomplish your goals.

I work along side you.  I am your advocate/ally/partner/co-pilot during your project to help you stay on track, meet your deadlines and stay true to your goals (and budget).  I offer a variety of services designed to help you stay out of overwhelm, frustration and confusion, and can deal with the details that would drive anyone insane.

I can support you with just one area of your project OR the entire process “soup to nuts”.  (Tip: Having me onboard at the very beginning will save you from hitting the panic button half way through the project.)

If you need support with a project that involves some home repairs, a remodel or maybe as large as building a new home, I have experience and can help.  From the initial design phase, all the way through to move-in, my goal is to help you enjoy the process, and help you stay organized while saving your time, money and sanity.  I guide you through the rough patches that will undoubtedly arise with so many decisions being required, and get you to move-in feeling like it was all worthwhile.  We manage the details together, so that we can keep the entire team on track and on schedule.

Declutter

This process helps to clarify your needs and begins to create the Program that will save time and money when working with your team of architects, interior designers, cabinet makers, and construction.

Meeting Support

I offer support for all design/build meetings by taking notes, and tracking decisions and deadlines, so I can help you stay on track with meeting those deadlines which will not only save you time and money, but more importantly keep your design team on schedule.

Paper Organization

I track and organize all paperwork, invoices, notes, timelines, images, manuals, warranties, etc. and save them orderly in the cloud and hardcopy, so that you can access them quickly and easily at a moment’s notice.

Move Coordination

I plan and organize your move into your new home by managing the packing, moving and unpacking by the chosen team. I meet and oversee furniture and art delivers and installations. By having one main point of contact, this saves the team confusion, time, money and sanity.

Getting Organized

Once you are moved in, I help you settle into your home, identify and track outstanding punch list items, and help organize the critical areas (kitchen, pantry, closets and storage), so that you can jump into your daily routine and not miss a beat.

About Me

I have enjoyed a 30-year career helping individuals and businesses design, build and organize their homes and offices. I have worked in office management to property management, from residential construction coordination to coaching and supporting individuals to create beautiful and calming spaces. I love nothing more than to bring calm to chaos, and help my clients live in homes that are calming, healthy, clutter-free, and inspiring. 

I am also a certified life coach with a knack for keeping projects flowing efficiently, nurturing clear communications, avoiding unnecessary clutter, meeting the needs of my clients, and enjoying the process.
